TERMS: Exceptional Computing accepts school purchase orders. All orders except PO’s must be prepaid unless other arrangements have been made. No COD orders. Florida residents other than tax exempt institutions must pay 6.25% sales tax.

GUARANTEES: We believe that all people using our hardware or software have the right to return products that do not meet their needs. Software/hardware can be returned within 15 days of receipt. All products must be returned in the original boxes and ship prepaid. Please call before you return any items.
WARRANTIES: Each product we sell has a different warranty period depending on the manufacturer's guidelines. Make sure you read all packing and documentation material for warranty information.
